Rental Conditions
1.- To make the booking must be a total of 25% by transter or pay pal.
2.- The house has a maximum capacitad 7 peolpe (adults+children)
3.-The use of heating is optional since all rooms have hot/cold AC.
In cold season: March, April, October, November, December, January, February and March, the use of heating has an additional cost of 25 euros/night
7.-from July 1, 2016 2,20 euros person / night ecotaxa concept (Law 2/2016) Tourist tax ,breaks in the Balearic Islands, Guests under 16 are exempt from tax is applied
Privacy Policy
Always arrivals from 15,00 until not later than 20,00 hours.
Departures before 10,00 hours.
